The Spring Meeting – Friuli Venezia Giulia Trophy 2020, at its fourth edition, is a FAI Cat 2 competition, recognized by Aero Club d’Italia FAI (Fédération Aéronautique Internationale) which takes place in a flight zone well known by European pilots. It has also been part of the big flying area which hosted the XXII Hang Gliding World Championship in 2019.

The flight area is mainly in the foothill but, depending on weather conditions, it is possible to fly also in the Alps and in the flatland. The main take off during the comp will be monte Valinis. But, on the basis of daily forecasts, other take offs located in the Slovenian area could be used.

Besides the competition, many different activities will be organized for families, friends and visitors.
